Giving away my Amazon Kindle Fire

Since I have my Galaxy Note 2 with me all the time and the Note 10.1 at home I have no more need for my Kindle Fire so I decided to pass it onto my parents who until now don’t own a tablet.

However unless your parents are geeks or US citizen the kindle is pretty useless.

A few days in with my new GALAXY Note 2 I started using Evernote again. I did before on my Kindle Fire but after a few weeks I started using paper notebooks again when going to a meeting.

7 inch was just too much to be carried with you.

Usually I don’t even read mails that state YOU WON! Lucky me that Samsung actually called me on the phone to make sure I got the email. Yesterday Samsung held a PR event for its new GALAXY Note 10.1 tablet together with the network Xing (German LinkedIn competitor). Out of 4.000 participants about 50 have won one of those.

And I was one of the lucky few.

SolidRun CuBox – my new XBMC toy
