Sales driven development – where technical reality checks matter

By sales driven development I am referring to a process where a product or feature has to be developed once the idea is sold to a client. You can find this process in a number of industries and the online world is no exception.
While this is a valid and often sensible approach it is vital to include technical knowhow early in the process.
